A splatoon reskin for Expurgation.

Why is this a whole executable? Because the text that flashes on screen is hardcoded. It also allowed us to have more freedom with the sprite placement and sound effects.

Also it should have Expurgation unlocked by default. No guarantees if any of the other stages work properly in this build, they weren’t considered.
